LED Outdoor Lighting

LED technology has been under development for nearly thirty years. Initially introduced as a new type of solid-state lighting source, it later became widely used in the display field, particularly in backlight modules. Nowadays, LEDs are increasingly appearing in various important applications and playing an ever-more vital role in display technology."


With technological advancements, more advanced Micro LED display products have been developed. Currently, there are two main trends in Micro LED display development: large, high-resolution indoor/outdoor displays and wearable devices (such as the Apple Watch). The latter demand high resolution, portability, low power consumption, and high brightness—key advantages of Micro LED technology.


Before the application of Parylene, wiring and sensitive components in Micro LED displays suffered from corrosion issues.
Parylene provides effective protection for Micro LED displays, enhancing waterproofing, moisture resistance, anti-aging, corrosion resistance, and UV resistance. Compared to traditional coatings, Parylene film demonstrates superior protective performance in temperature shock tests, damp heat tests, seawater immersion tests, and corrosive liquid exposure—capabilities that other films lack.
