Circuit Board Coating

Parylene vacuum vapor deposition enhances circuit encapsulation while eliminating surface contaminants including moisture and metal ions. This coating preserves the electrical properties of components, maintaining original resistance values and thermocouple functionality without alteration.

As a protective barrier for sensitive engineering circuit components, Parylene's inherent insulation properties require selective masking during application. Conductive areas (e.g., board inserts) are shielded with specialized masking materials to maintain conductivity.
