Penta Nanotechnology (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. is a Singapore-owned enterprise with over 30 years of experience in the nanofilm field. Currently, the company operates a fully developed production base in Suzhou, China.
In 2017, Penta Nanotechnology established an R&D center in Silicon Valley, USA, focusing on equipment and dimer research, with the aim of providing high-performance coating equipment and high-quality dimer products to customers.
